Our standard setup time is approximately 90 minutes before your event begins, allowing us to prepare everything for a smooth experience. After the event, we handle takedown within 45 minutes, ensuring a quick and efficient wrap-up.
To ensure optimal gameplay and comfort, we recommend a space of at least 4.5m x 5.5m. This area allows players to move freely and provides enough room for spectators to watch the action.
Each rental includes a full simulator setup, a high-definition display for spectators, and a standard right-handed golf set. Additional equipment, such as left-handed or kids’ clubs, are available upon request to accommodate all your guests.
Throughout the event, our on-site Portable Pin team is available to provide support, answer questions, and help guests maximise their simulator experience. From technical assistance to gameplay tips, we’re there to ensure your event runs flawlessly.
